CORECAM.SA (CORE YAOUNDE URBAN COMPLEX PROJECT COMPANY CAMEROON) is a company registered in Cameroon, engaged in real estate investment, construction, sales and property management.
Wisdom City Yaounde is a project that CORECAM is solely responsible for investing, constructing and managing. It is located at the southern end of “Boulevard du 20 Mai” (considered as the main parade avenue in Cameroon) and stretches for 800 meters in the city center. In addition, it is adjacent to No. 1 Ministry and the SNI building. The Prime Minister's Office, ministries, office buildings and shopping centers are also within one kilometer of the complex.
The project consists of 5 main buildings and other facilities. In the first phase, buildings No 2# and 3#, a 25-meter swimming pool, a garden, parking lots, a sports field, an 800KVA diesel generator, a 128m3 living water tank, and a 365m3 fire extinguishing water tank were completed and put into operation. The complex has 6 types of apartments, all operational (with keys available), ranging in size from 90 to 235 square meters depending on the unit, with list prices ranging from $220,000 to $780,000.
There are 6 types of units in one building, with 2 to 5 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, several bathrooms and 1 or 2 balconies. Apartments currently for sale range in size from 93 to 256 square meters, depending on room type. The dwellings of types T5 have all already been sold out of a total of 41 units and the remaining 16 units with 2-4 bedrooms (other types) are still available for sale (keys in hand). List prices for these residences range from $260,000 to $700,000 including TVA.
